Terms of Service
Effective date: September 28, 2026
These terms describe use of the InvoiceSnap app and the related invoicesnap.work website. InvoiceSnap is published under the 731labs brand; the App Store seller is Kazakov Invent Corp.
Using InvoiceSnap
InvoiceSnap provides tools to create and manage invoices, estimates, credit notes, client records, PDFs and related business information. Core records can be stored locally. Account-based synchronization and other connected features require a network connection and may require an account or a paid plan. Feature availability and limits are shown in the app or at the point where a feature is offered.
You may use InvoiceSnap only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the service or other users. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, or use the app to violate another person’s rights.
Your content and sharing
You are responsible for the business and customer information, images and other content you enter, and for having the rights and permissions needed to use it. Review each invoice, estimate and AI-generated suggestion before relying on or sending it. AI suggestions can be incomplete or inaccurate and are not professional, tax, accounting or legal advice.
When you share a PDF or create a document link, the selected document information is made available to the people who receive the file or link. A recipient can keep or forward a copy. InvoiceSnap cannot control copies saved outside the service.
Accounts and connected features
An account is not required for local invoicing. If you create or use an account, keep your sign-in credentials and account access secure. You can request account deletion from More → Delete Account in the Account section. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an Apple or other third-party subscription, remove copies already received by others, or promise immediate deletion from every provider or backup.
Some optional features rely on third-party services, including cloud sync, AI generation, support chat, email reminders, purchases and payment processing. Their availability can depend on those services and on your account, device, permissions and network.
Subscriptions, billing and cancellation
Paid plans, billing period, price and included features are shown before you confirm a purchase. App Store purchases are billed by Apple and are subject to the terms displayed by Apple. To manage or cancel an App Store subscription, use your Apple Account subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewal according to Apple’s subscription process; it does not itself delete your InvoiceSnap account or data. Apple handles requests for refunds on App Store purchases.
If you purchase a plan through a web checkout, use the billing-management option provided with that purchase to manage or cancel it. The checkout displays the applicable price and billing details before confirmation.
Payments and business records
InvoiceSnap can record payments and, where available, connect to third-party hosted payment services. InvoiceSnap does not guarantee that a customer will pay an invoice or that a payment will settle. Payment processing is provided by the relevant payment provider under its terms.
Changes and availability
Features, integrations and plan limits can change as the service develops. Connected features can be unavailable when a required provider or network is unavailable. We will update these terms when the service or its terms materially change; the effective date above identifies the current version.
